If you have registered, you can easily change your details, for example if you move home, change your email address or name. You can also change your password.

Changing your password and registration details

You can change the registration details you entered by using the 'My details' button at the top of the page.

It is a good idea to change your password from time to time. You may also want to change your details if you change your address, email address or name.

Note that you should enter your usual home address here. You can of course enter a different address for delivery each time you pay for your shopping.

To change your password:

1. Sign in to the DrivenSnow site
You will need to sign in before you can change your password.

If you have forgotton your current password, select the underlined 'Click here' button and we'll send you an email reminder straight away.

2. Click on the 'My details' button at the top of the page
You will see the My details page which holds all your registration details.

3. Delete your old password in the two password boxes
Your old password will appear in the two password boxes near the bottom of this page, with each letter replaced with an asterisk (*). You should delete these asterisks.

4. Enter a new password in the two password boxes
Think of a new password, and enter it into the two blank password boxes. Since only asterisks will be displayed, you must make sure that both passwords are entered exactly the same.

5. Click on the 'Update my details' button at the bottom of the page
Your old password will be changed to the new password, and you will be able to continue shopping.

To change your name, email address or address:

8. Edit the details you want to change
Delete the details you want to change and re-enter your new details.

9. Click on the 'Update my details' button at the bottom of the page
Your old details will be changed to the new details you entered, and you will be able to continue shopping.

Why must I register?

We need you to register with us so that we know who you are and where to send your purchases. It also gives you the chance to add your own password so that you can maintain your own shopping lists and view your orders.

The details you provide to us during registration will not be provided to any third parties. Refer to our Privacy statement. We operate a secure site. Refer to our Security statement.

Note that you can use a different delivery address each time you pay for your shopping.
